Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused,

  • In its original condition, and

  • In its original packaging.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a production defect, printing issue, or damage from transit, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the defect or damage

We’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a production defect or error on our part.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Digital products (if applicable)
